Terms and Conditions 

In using the FITREC.com.au website you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions.  Once you agree to the Terms and Conditions, they are binding on you.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements:"Client", “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the HealthyPeople Recruitment Pty Ltd terms and conditions. "HealthyPeople", “Ourselves”, “We”, "Us" and “Our”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. 

Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Please read this agreement thoroughly before accessing or using the information and services available through the website ("Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. HealthyPeople Recruitment Pty Ltd may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting the modified agreement on the Site.

Employers and Professionals who use the HealthyPeople Recruitment Pty Ltd Site and Our services must accept and adhere to the Employer and Professional Terms and Conditions. HealthyPeople Recruitment Pty Ltd also has a comprehensive Privacy Policy for users of the Site.

Scope of Practice and Expectations

As a recognised professional you will avoid any misrepresentation as to qualifications, experience and capabilities. Any such misrepresentation may result in cancellation of FITREC recognition and loss of recognition fee. 

As a FITREC recognised professional you will ensure that your actions contribute to wider awareness of - and confidence in - fitness professionals and the industry as a whole. Conduct that is considered by FITREC & HealthyPeople Recruitment Pty Ltd to be unbecoming of a FITREC recognised fitness professional may result in cancellation of FITREC recognition and loss of recognition fee.

Copyright and Trademarks

All copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights in the site and the material available on the site belongs to HealthyPeople Recruitment Pty Ltd (ABN 71 132 432 190)  or its third party suppliers, unless otherwise indicated. Use of the site does not give you any proprietary rights in such materials and you agree not to infringe any intellectual property rights owned by HealthyPeople Recruitment Pty Ltd. 

Downloading of material from this Site for your personal, non-commercial use is permitted provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices.

Termination of this agreement will not end those provisions that are capable of surviving the ending of this agreement.

PROFESSIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Professionals on the HealthyPeople Recruitment Pty Ltd site agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Once you agree to the terms and Conditions, they are binding on you.

Job Advertisements 

Job advertisements contained on the site are provided by registered employers and their agents and are not reviewed by us. We accept no responsibility or liability for the contents of job advertisements and expect candidates and prospective employers to carry out such verification procedures as are customary and prudent in the circumstances. 

Whilst HealthyPeople Recruitment Pty Ltd takes great efforts to ensure that jobs advertised on the Site are for actual job vacancies, we unfortunately cannot and do not give a guarantee to you that every job advertisement represents an actual job vacancy. Moreover, HealthyPeople Recruitment Pty Ltd gives no guarantee of the continued availability of any particular job advertised on the Site and will not be liable to you should an advertiser have filled the vacancy at any time prior to removal of the advertisement from the Site.

HealthyPeople Recruitment Pty Ltd can not and does not guarantee any contact from an employer will result in a job opportunity.
